Site includes employment links, 24 hour help desk, TRICARE link, Career Transition Assistance Program, Listing of Vet Centers, Wounded soldier/family Call Center, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Unit and more.

The Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs web site providing information on benefits, life insurance, VA health care, VA Home Loan program, burial benefits, VA Education Benefits, Hunting and Fishing Licenses, Hunting and Fishing Disabled Permits, Oregon Veterans' Employment (www.HireVetsFirst.gov), Emergency Financial Assistance Program, Returning Veterans' Benefits and Assistance, Survivor Benefits, Veteran and Armed Forces Recognition License Plates, Property Tax Exemption Program, Veteran and U.S. Armed Forces Service Records, Oregon State Park Use Permits, etc. Effective March 11, 2008 Senate Bill 1066 authorizes dependents of active-duty service members killed or 100% service-connected disabled after September 11, 2001 may have their undergraduate tuition waived. The Bill provides waiver of tuition and fees at Oregon state institutions of higher education, for eligible dependents.

National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS). "NGAUS was formed in 1878 and is focused on procuring better equipment, standardized training and a more combat-ready force by petitioning Congress for resources."
